C Punched Column System
- “C” System (“C” Punched Column System) is one of the geometric display systems that suit all stores of modern decor.
- “C” System consists of two or more columns made of sheet that can be punished using rectangular punishes (C- shaped). This system is different from all the other display systems we have, as this system uses certain types of accessories that cannot be installed on any other display systems.
- The column used in that system is 2.40m length and 8cm width.
- The column may be 1.5mm or 2.40mm thickness. ABC For Industries may increase the thickness of the column in order to bear heavier loads or decrease it to suit lighter weights or loads.
- Each two columns represent one unit, but the customer can use more columns to increase the number of the required units.
- This system is usually used in all kinds of stores, but its usage in houses is very limited.
- This system is directly mounted to the walls using screws or Fischer wall plugs.
- Products are displayed using wooden, glass or sheet shelves, which are mounted from each side using a slat shelf bracket of various heights, 15cm, 20cm, 25cm, 30cm, 35cm, and 40cm.
- The shelf bracket is a 2mm thickness sheet with a base inserted into the slots that exist along columns, and a metal arm welded into the base to assist in carrying shelves.
- Columns load is determined according to the type of shelves used. For example, sheet shelves are more durable than glass ones.
- This system is plated by electrostatic coating paints, which are selected according to the client desire. This system may also be coated by nickel chrome.
